PROFIBUS cables feature high-conductivity tinned copper conductors with foam PE insulation and twisted pairs. They are shielded with aluminum mylar tape and a 90% tinned copper braid for EMI protection. The cables are also reinforced with Melinex tape and a durable PVC sheath, typically in purple, ensuring flexibility and reliability in industrial applications.
