General Welding Cables

General Welding Cables are designed to withstand tough weather conditions. Our cables can perform even while exposure to oil, acids, alkalis, flame and moisture. These wires go through stringent quality tests under the supervision of qualified professionals. These are available in several standard and customized specifications.

Range : 16 sq.mm to 120 sq.mm

Features

  • Arc welding machines and equipment
  • Power supply for welding tools
  • Heavy-duty construction projects
  • Shipbuilding and repair
  • Automotive manufacturing and repair
  • Steel structure fabrication
  • Portable welding units in industrial settings

Applications

The Welding Cables are used for the transmission of high currents from the electric welding machine to the welding tool. These are suited for flexible use under rough conditions such as on conveyor systems, assembly lines, machine tools, ship, building, motor car manufacturing and in manually and automatically operated line, spot welding machines.\r\n\r\nThe cables can work under high voltage and is constructed from annealed bare copper/aluminum conductor. Our cables are highly durable and withstand tough working conditions. These are widely installed in welding workshops.

Welding Cables With HOFR Covering

The Welding Cables with HOFR Covering (Cu-Al) are extensively demanded over general welding cables as these come with sheathing of heat oil fire resistant copper- aluminum. It is safer and is rigorously verified on various international parameters. Annealed Bare Copper/Aluminium conductor as per IS: 8130/1984, TRS / HD HOFR sheathed as per IS: 6380/84 Flexible Welding Cable to IS: 9857/1990.

Range : 16 sq.mm to 120 sq.mm

Features

  • Heat resistant for use in high-temperature environments.
  • Oil resistant to protect against spills and leaks.
  • Flame retardant for enhanced safety in hazardous conditions.
  • Highly flexible, making it suitable for dynamic and mobile applications.
  • Durable outer sheath designed to withstand rough handling and abrasive surfaces.
  • Excellent electrical conductivity with minimal power loss.

Applications

Welding cables are designed for transmitting high currents from the welding machine to the tool, ensuring flexible use in demanding conditions. They are ideal for applications on assembly lines, conveyor systems, machine tools, and in industries such as shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, and welding workshops. These cables are built to handle high voltage and are made from durable materials like annealed bare copper or aluminum, allowing them to withstand tough environments while maintaining performance.
